• Required QualificationsProficiency in English is required. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred, as this role involves communication with Chinese stakeholders.
• Proficient in the characteristics, user preferences, live streaming/short-video trends, and content strategies of overseas platforms. Proven experience in marketing, IP operation, or TikTok (or similar overseas platform) operation.
• Prior experience in live streaming, short-video production, social media management, or content marketing is highly preferred. Experience as a host or willingness to take on hosting roles is a strong plus.
• Thorough understanding of overseas platform rules and best practices.
• Possess effective operational strategies and standardized SOPs for business management.
