- Managing customer complaints and relaying them to the GM and Executive Pastry chef.
- High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate.
- Previous experience in similar role 1 - 2 years in specialty coffee.
- Excellent personal presentation and Service minded.
- Excellent command of English.
