- About the Role.
- Accenture is seeking a Change & Training Analyst - Supply Chain to support a large-scale supply chain transformation program. This role focuses on driving organizational change, stakeholder engagement, training delivery, and user adoption activities to help business teams successfully transition to new processes and technologies.
- You will work closely with business leaders, functional teams, and end users to ensure change initiatives are effectively planned, communicated, and embedded into day-to-day operations.
- Support the development and execution of change management and training strategies for supply chain transformation initiatives.
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify adoption risks and mitigation actions.
- Design, develop, and deliver training materials, user guides, job aids, communications, and end-user learning sessions.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities to build awareness and readiness for change.
- Collaborate with supply chain, technology, and project teams to align change and training activities with project objectives and timelines.
- Monitor adoption, readiness, and learning effectiveness metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support the management of change-related issues, risks, and dependencies, escalating concerns when appropriate.
- Contribute to communication planning and execution to ensure consistent and effective messaging across stakeholder groups.
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 2-4 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Change, Learning & Development, Training, or business transformation programs.
- Experience supporting ERP, digital transformation, or business process improvement initiatives.
- Understanding of supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, logistics, procurement, or order fulfillment.
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Professional proficiency in Thai and good working proficiency in English, as the role involves regular communication with local and regional stakeholders.
- Preferred Qualifications.
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA or other ERP implementation programs.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience creating instructor-led training, e-learning content, and end-user documentation.
- Familiarity with change readiness assessments, adoption tracking, and stakeholder engagement planning.
- Relevant certifications in Change Management, Learning & Development, or Project Management are advantageous.
