- Design corporate materials for proposals, presentations, advertisements, infographics, digital marketing campaigns, signage, reports, events, videos, etc.
- Be a brand guardian to ensure all design materials are aligned with our brand guidelines and in high quality.
- Create design concepts, strategy and tactical production.
- Present concepts and designs, inspire, and share ideas and best practices with other teams.
- Translate marketing concepts into effective and creative designs across a diverse range of projects.
- Manage CBRE's design resources and maintain relevant documentation on each project from planning to completion stage.
- Handle multiple tasks and meet specified deadlines, and when necessary, organize workload around changing priorities.
- Liaise confidently with colleagues, suppliers and clients to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Ensure flexibility in working overtime when required on urgent projects.
- QUALIFICATIONSA minimum of 5 relevant years experience.
- Good knowledge of PC and Macintosh systems - proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or After Effects and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
- Good command of spoken and written English and Thai.
- A team player; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for design with good taste; an eye for detail and design trend.
- Strong organizational and multi-task skills.
- High responsibility and be able to work and complete tasks within timeline.
- Willingness to learn from others and to share knowledge; always strive to improve and be proactive.
- Proven experience in producing PowerPoint presentations and pitch materials.
- A portfolio of past work experience is required.
- Digital and advertising design experience is an advantage.
- Photography skill is a plus.
- Key skill: PowerPoint a must.
