- Oversee end-to-end AP operations, ensuring accurate and timely vendor payments.
- Manage payment processing, including reconciliation of transactions and handling cross-border payments.
- Monitor AP workflows, implement process automation, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor disputes.
- Track financial transactions related to digital payments, merchant settlements, and operational expenses.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of VAT, withholding tax, and corporate tax in compliance with fintech regulations.
- Stay updated with evolving tax laws and digital finance regulations to ensure full compliance.
- Support tax audits, assessments, and risk management strategies for fintech-specific financial activities.
- Work closely with finance and legal teams to develop tax-efficient financial structures.
- Prepare and maintain tax documentation and reconciliations for financial reporting and audits.
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in AP, tax, or financial operations, preferably in fintech, banking, or digital payments.
- Strong understanding of AP automation tools, digital payment processing, and financial controls.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, etc.) and fintech-specific payment platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of fintech taxation, regulatory compliance, and cross-border payment taxation.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to manage fintech-specific financial challenges.
- Strong stakeholder management, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment.
