• Oversee end-to-end AP operations, ensuring accurate and timely vendor payments.
• Manage payment processing, including reconciliation of transactions and handling cross-border payments.
• Monitor AP workflows, implement process automation, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor disputes.
• Track financial transactions related to digital payments, merchant settlements, and operational expenses.
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of VAT, withholding tax, and corporate tax in compliance with fintech regulations.
• Stay updated with evolving tax laws and digital finance regulations to ensure full compliance.
• Support tax audits, assessments, and risk management strategies for fintech-specific financial activities.
• Work closely with finance and legal teams to develop tax-efficient financial structures.
• Prepare and maintain tax documentation and reconciliations for financial reporting and audits.
• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in AP, tax, or financial operations, preferably in fintech, banking, or digital payments.
• Strong understanding of AP automation tools, digital payment processing, and financial controls.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, etc.) and fintech-specific payment platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of fintech taxation, regulatory compliance, and cross-border payment taxation.

• Strong stakeholder management, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment.
