• Bachelor degree of Engineering, Mechanical engineering or related field.
• At Least 3 years experience in maintenance air conditioning such as comfort air, precision air, chiller air cool, water cool, pump motor: implement and support for mechanics-air condition systems in buildings or Data Centers.
• At least 1 years experience in designing air conditioners such as comfort air, precision air, chiller air cool, water cool, pump motor: implement, and support for mechanics-air condition systems in building.
• Able to Air - Diagram and Psychrometric chart knowledge.
• Able to work as a team and work in and standby on call on holiday.
• Able to work overtime if required and a hotline arrives (Less than 1 hour on site from your home).
• Proficiency in English communication is beneficial.

• Provide technical services in the Machinery/Rotating Equipment Engineering discipline to support smooth, safe, and reliable refinery operations.
• Leading predictive and preventive maintenance programs and annual maintenance plans including engineering cost evaluation process i.e. life cycle cost analysis, benefit to cost ratio calculation etc.
• Monitoring critical equipment performance and troubleshooting problems.
• Conducting engineering studies and risk-based analyses and making recommendations to improve equipment performance and efficiency.
• Conducting root cause failure analyses with recommendations for corrective actions.
• Developing, updating and executing long-range machinery reliability plans.
• Lead/facilitate to develop equipment maintenance and operating plan by utilizing several maintenance philosophies e.g. RBWS, RCM, SRCM, RAM, Weibull etc.
• Maintain and update equipment maintenance and operating plan via related computer software e.g. SAP, Access/Excel based software, etc.
• Bachelor s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering with strong academic background.
• Minimum GPAX 3.00.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (TOEIC score 700 or IELTS 6.0).
• Direct experience in rotating equipment discipline: maintenance, reliability, or engineering, with relevant experience in troubleshooting are an advantage. However, an entry level engineer will also be considered.
• Have (or eligible to have) engineer license.
• Professional certifications such as Reliability-Centered Maintenance, Vibration Analysis, Oil Analysis are an advantage.

• Ensure ALL models created are in keeping with CAD modeling best practices and manufacturing standards (e.g., closed solid objects, minimal object density, model/structure organization, etc.).
• Create, maintain and organize 2-D, 3-D shared design standards, specifications and templates. Prepare engineering and design materials in compliance with archiving procedures.
• Provide timely and innovative CAD solutions to complex mechanical problems, at any point in the production life cycle, and work with cross-functional teams to refine design critical requirements based on functional capabilities.
• Identify opportunities for Continuous Quality Improvement and the creation of efficiencies within areas of responsibility and overall department, with follow-up as needed for achieving successful outcomes.

• Bachelor s degree in Jewelry Design, Jewelry Art or in related design field; combination of experience.
• Significant CAD and model making training and experience with high degree of aesthetic sensibility.
• Manufacturing knowledge of jewelry making and/or other related industries.
• Expert skill set in Rhino software, SubD tool in Rhino, Z-Brush, Jewelry Design.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Suite; Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign.
• Ability to work independently, to adapt and meet urgent timelines under high demand conditions.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Good people skills and team player.
