- Play a leading role in the public access to medicines in listing into national formulary by submitting compelling dossiers to local health authorities, in line with methods and principles of HTA and other assessments relevant to country-context Generate and interpret epidemiological studies, systematic reviews, pharmacoeconomic and, Outcome Research studies (observational studies, predictive analytics, retrospective analysis, Delphi Panel methods, others), RWE, to support the development and deployment of product value strategies to ensure optimal product access and uptake.
- Based on global clinical development plan and local data needs, identify, areas for strategic local data generation and collaborates with other functions to develop options and business cases to demonstrate potential added value.
- Develop and maintain relationships with expert consultants and key stakeholders at the public and private levels.

- Manage input of access and pricing assumptions for pipeline products to ensure consistency of approach across the local business.

- QUALIFICATIONS Tertiary education in medicine (preferred) or a health science related discipline; relevant specialty training desirable.
- Qualifications in pharmacy or other life sciences. Post-graduate qualifications in epidemiology, biostatistics or health economics.
- A deep knowledge of the reimbursement system and HTA /health policies /market access/pricing technical expertise and at least five years experience in preparing and/or evaluating NLEM/Non-PA an PA submissions or management of similar HTA and formulary submissions and market access projects internationally.
- Experience in developing access strategies for launch, across multiple therapeutic areas is desirable.
