• QualificationsBachelor s degree of Engineering/ Mechanical/ Industrial and relate field.
• Minimum 12 years working experience in the field of Part component performance monitoring & Supplier Process Qualification.
• Strong knowledge on manufacturing processes like plastic injection molding, Stamping, bending, laser cutting & all kinds of machine processes.
• Experience in supplier development or Supplier Quality engineer function more than 12 years.
• Understanding in Quality management system and manufacturing system ISO9000,.
• Certification for internal audition and experience in Supplier Audits.
• Advance in APQP/PPAP or Parts & Process Qualification.
• Experiences in Project management and oversea work across functions.
• Experiences in Manufacturing process audit - Quality domain.
• Advance level in PFMEA, Poka-yoke, Jidoka.
• SPC application (Statistical Process Control), MSA, GR&R, Cp-Cpk & Tolerances, SAP.
• 6 Sigma -DMAIC problem solving & improvement techniques, Kaizen, 5S, 8D
• Metrology and inspection with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance)Influence of English communication.
