- Set the clear reward & punishment system for all staffs.
- Stars to be identified with each individual s aligned career planning and coaching plan.
- Set up the succession plan and identify the successor.
- Evaluate and appraise subordinates.
- Feedback session with the identified stars by monthly.
- Fluent in agency process, including job routing and traffic procedures, to ensure quality control at all stages of the project.
- Be innovative and always stay alert on consumer trend and market trend.
- Proven ability to think strategically, and the ability to teach others to think strategically.
- Must possess exceptional oral and written communication skill (both Thai and English), presentation skills and client relationship building skills.
