• ควบคุมให้งานก่อสร้างเป็นไปตามแผนงาน และ ถูกต้องตามมาตราฐานของบริษัทฯ (สถานี,Mart,Punthai,ฯลฯ).
• ติดตาม จัดส่งรายงานต่างๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายตามกำหนดเวลา.
• วางแผนผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา ให้ทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และ ปฎิบัติตัวอยู่ในระเบียบบริษัทฯ.
• ตรวจสอบปริมาณงานก่อสร้างตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายของงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย.
• พิจารณาความเหมาะสมงานเพิ่มลดที่ผู้รับจ้างนำเสนอก่อนส่งเข้าขออนุมัติ.
• เตรียมความพร้อมงาน(Pre Con)ก่อนรับมอบงานก่อสร้างจากส่วนต่างๆ.
• เป็นตัวแทนหน่วยงานในการตรวจรับมอบงานก่อสร้างตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย.
• ตัดสินใจ หรือประสานงานแก้ไขปัญหาทางวิศวกรรมในส่วนที่ดูแลรับผิดชอบเพื่อให้งานก่อสร้างดำเนินไปตามแผนงานโดยไม่ติดขัด..
