- Must have Construction experience.
- 3-5 years' experience working hands-on with Craftsmen.
- Chemical/engineering/technical education, relevant for construction industry.
- Hands on experience with sealants, adhesives and functional coatings preferred.
- Candidates with experience from Multi- National Companies within the Building Material Industry will be held in high regard.
- Written and verbal English language skills are essential.
- Must have driver license, own car preferred.
- Willing to travel (50%-60% of the time).
- Good trouble-shooting and analytical skill.

- Work closely with the Project Managers to coordinate and direct construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Manage, monitor, address every aspect of site safety, safety training with the subcontractors and clients.
