- ควบคุมให้งานก่อสร้างเป็นไปตามแผนงาน และ ถูกต้องตามมาตราฐานของบริษัทฯ (สถานี,Mart,Punthai,ฯลฯ).
- ติดตาม จัดส่งรายงานต่างๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายตามกำหนดเวลา.
- วางแผนผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา ให้ทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และ ปฎิบัติตัวอยู่ในระเบียบบริษัทฯ.
- ตรวจสอบปริมาณงานก่อสร้างตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายของงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย.
- พิจารณาความเหมาะสมงานเพิ่มลดที่ผู้รับจ้างนำเสนอก่อนส่งเข้าขออนุมัติ.
- เตรียมความพร้อมงาน(Pre Con)ก่อนรับมอบงานก่อสร้างจากส่วนต่างๆ.
- เป็นตัวแทนหน่วยงานในการตรวจรับมอบงานก่อสร้างตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย.
