• Collaborate with team members Collaborating with team members, such as creative directors, and Sales in order to discuss and ensure ensure and refined creative concepts and designs will meet client needs and brand standards.
• Conceptualize and design across various mediums such as signage, event booth displays and more.
• Coordinate the sourcing and production of marketing materials with external suppliers.
• Develop ideas rooted in an understanding of customer insights and needs.
• Work efficiently under tight deadlines, delivering creative content that aligns with target objectives.
• Determine print/production specifications and cost-effective solutions.
• Design the creative components of the department s traditional marketing collateral variety of digital media projects.
• Execute the visual design and creation of high-quality graphics, animations, short form videos other related medias through video the modernize tools.
• Apply appropriate color schemes and layouts to enhance the visual impact of each graphic.
• Provide support for marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Ensure the final graphics and layouts meet visual appeal standards, are on-brand, and undergo proofing.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams to produce visuals that effectively convey brand messages and campaigns.
• Utilize a variety of medias to achieve artistic or decorative effects.
• Manage projects and production cost to budget and schedule.
• Explore the new information, market trend and research and work with different mediums to identify the best option for each project.
• Troubleshoot production problems and interact with company's staff and outside vendors regarding production issues.
• Work with internal and external resources to ensure projects are completed within established deadlines and brand standards.
• Bachelor s degree in Communication Art or a related field.
• Possess 2-5 years of experience in Creative and /or Graphic Design.
• Ability to effectively interact, communicate, and present ideas to individuals without a design background.
• Demonstrated strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exhibit excellent teamwork with a high level of flexibility and responsibility.
• Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Proficient in design programs, including Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D MAC, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D MAC, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to work on multi-task and work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
