- Coordinate all process safety related and asset integrity works and activities according to Brenntag and International standards.
- Collaborate with local Operations/Logistics/QSHE Teams by providing process safety guidance in acquisitions, projects, modification and vendor/service provider/3PL/ contractor sourcing.
- Drives Brenntag Path-to-Assurance (PtA) program to successful implementation.
- Reports to Regional PSM Manager on site/facility s progress of process safety implementations.
- Set up and perform internal site process safety assurance program.
- Verify engineering and technical documents for safety assurance.

- Provide guidelines on controls and safety requirements for HAC/ATEX zoning areas.
- Work closely with Operations / Logistics departments in maintaining all technical and engineering drawings are standardized and according to sound engineering practices and protocols.
- Conduct customer/contractors/3PL/service vendors audits with other departments, providing process safety and engineering perspectives.
- Conduct PSM trainings and investigations.
- Provide advice on maintenance regime (Preventive, Predictive, Corrective) management to ensure asset integrity, functionality and its availability for use.
- Implement process safety performance metrics and provide analysis for continuous improvement.
- Legal and Compliance.
- Liaison personnel for external interfaces e.g. with government agencies, to ensure license-to-operate that is process safety dependent be registered and renewed in timely manner. E.g. MHI / CIMAH / MHF licenses.
- Work closely with local QSHE Manager on process safety related matters such as fire safety, dust explosivity, toxic or hazardous releases, chemical reactivity/compatibility storage and handling, environmental control and protection compliance concerns.

- YOUR PROFILE.
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor degree in Chemical / Process / Safety / Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 15 years and above working experience.
- rack record of engineering design, Process controls and project management experiences.
- Experience in process safety management, human factors, design safety, HAC/ATEX, PHA facilitation, fire safety, hazardous materials and DG management.
- Working experience in the oil/gas/chemicals industry an advantage.
- Understanding of batch manufacturing process is a plus.
- Working experience in distribution and/or logistics an advantage.
- Experience in safety case regime an advantage.

- Preparation of technical scope (activity lists, BOM etc.) for planned inspections for our SGT 800 customers with Long Term Program (LTP) contracts.
- Lead, co-ordinate and/or implement the technical activities to deliver preventive maintenance to our customers.
- Derive technical feedback to quotes for upselling and conduct technical risk assessment for the upsell scope. This is done in consultation with other functional teams.
- Responsible for the update of product data in IT systems after inspections.
- Maintain updated understanding on customer s gas turbine units including core engine information (operating cycle/operating hours) and history.
- Responsible for the contracts technical specifications and that Engine Life are followed and reports the project's technical results.
- Follow up and report deviations between contract and actual outcome to the contract owner.
- Define, coordinate, drive, follow up and complete technical issues within the project (raise case in SFDC).
- Be the project s technical representative as well as the link to the technical organization. Responsible for technical issues before, during and after meetings with customers, suppliers, and project teams.

- Provides prompt technical response to Customer to keep our customer equipment operating safely.
- Assists and guides Customer to fault find and resolve equipment related operational technical issues.
- Liaises with global engineering teams/guide to seek further support if technical issue cannot be resolved regionally.
- Defines and assesses technical risks, if vital, in consultation with other technical functions.
- Support Siemens Energy field service engineers on site with solving, mechanical and commissioning guidance.
- Support engineering team to conduct RCA by providing technical recommendations and collecting the right information.

- What You Bring.
- You have commissioning or installation experience of SGT 800 turbines.
- Or have a solid technical background relevant for Gas Turbine Engineering. It can be a technical degree (Bachelor or Master of Science or equivalent experience in Control/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering), or Gas Turbine work experience.
- Good understanding of operation of gas turbine and driven compression equipment and their associated auxiliary systems; air filtration, acoustic packages, lube oils systems, fuel gas systems, seal gas system and other auxiliary systems.
- Ability to work as a great teammate and supply to the success of the team.
- Good verbal and written communications skills in English and Thai.
- Ability to initiate ideas to resolve sophisticated issues and improve work processes.
