- As a Data Center Technical Operations Manager, you will be involved in nearly every aspect of colocation operations of our electrical, cooling, and IT infrastructure. You will partner with the Google data center engineering team, hardware operations, network infrastructure and third-party data center vendors and operators with a focus on operability, maintainability and reliability. You will represent the operations organization, and will be responsible to ensure operability, maintainability and reliability are critical criteria for Google assets. The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. - Oversee technical and team leads through the successful completion of required maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks to maintain equipment to our global standard.
- Keep stakeholders informed about current work and discuss decisions and directions with them.
- Provide technical expertise during incidents and coordinate the planning of critical activities.
- Respond to critical events and alarms in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Support the risk management program by escalating findings to ensure business awareness and provide prompt mitigation strategies.

- Optimize and improve Flexible and Rigid Packaging production processes to increase productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
- Identify opportunities for capacity expansion and process improvement in packaging manufacturing operations.
- Manage and support engineering and improvement projects from planning through completion.
- Analyze, define, compare, and select technology solutions and machine specifications for Flexible and Rigid Packaging processes.
- Coordinate and work closely with suppliers and vendors throughout project execution, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct feasibility studies (technical and investment analysis) for new projects and production line improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and best practices in all engineering and production activities.
- Support and coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers during project implementation.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and engineering drawings as required.
- QualificationsBachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields. (Bachelor's G.P.A. > 2.70, Master's G.P.A. > 3.30).
- 1 - 3 years of working experience as a production, process, project, manufacturing engineer or related roles.
- Experience in packaging Manufacturing industries would be an advantage (Flexible and Rigid given priority).
- Knowledge in EBM, Injection Molding, and Tube Extrusion and Polymer materials and polymer processing technologies.
- Programming skills: Python, JavaScript for AI Robotics, and production line.
- Skills in Engineering Drawing and Design.
- High mobility with the ability to travel to upcountry factories (vehicle service provided).
- Able to work on-site at SCG Packaging, Ban Pong, Ratchaburi.
