Provide instruction on safety procedures, emergency response protocols, hazard recognition, and risk mitigation strategies. Ensure that all personnel receive appropriate training and certification as required.
• Incident Investigation and Reporting: Lead investigations of EHS incidents, including accidents, injuries, near misses, and environmental releases. Determine root causes and contributing factors and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Prepare accurate and timely incident reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Job Qualifications.
