- Define key measures and set up appropriate monitoring to indicate service status.
- Review the service status across infrastructures to assess risk levels, address issues with relevant teams, and progress open actions.
- Analyze both client level and system level usage data and be able to provide insights and recommendations.
- Provide regular reports to key collaborators to communicate the current status and drive actions to a timely closure.
- Qualification Bachelor s degree in business, Technology, or Operations Management.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical thinking.
- Strong data analytical skill.
- Strong understanding of SQL.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills required, as is a focused attention to details.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (preferably to advanced level).
- Good background in data visualization concept and tools. Tableau knowledge and PowerBI is preferred.
- Good communication in English and strong social skills required.
- 2-3 years of experience working in a technical environment or with a technical organization.
