• ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY.
• Ensure that all Safety, Occupational health and Environment at work management related activities are implement in compliance with Shell HSE Framework, BS OHSAS/ TISI 18001 standard, process safety management and Thai Law.
• Leading Area Production Unit (APU) Safety management program implementation improvement through sharing and facilitating best practices with other plants and by creating best means and/or channels for communications to serve this purpose.
• Create activities to promote safety awareness and safety campaign e.g. monthly safety activities, safety newsletters, safety day for both staff and contractors, etc.
• Coordinate with Area Production Unit, Engineering and Project to provide safety support in Shutdown and Start-up planning/activities.
• Participant in Area Production Unit (APU) Meeting to discuss on all Safety, Occupational Health and Environment at work activities to ensure that all areas are operating safely and to meet the refinery KPI ( TRCF, LTIF, Fire, LOPC and other Process Safety Indicators).
• Leading safety risk assessment (comply with BS OHSAS/TISI 18001) to ensure risk is well manage and prepare documentation to report to the MOI as mandatory for permit revalidation.
• Conduct audit, Identify and monitor/working environment, and audit of compliance to reduce potential risk on Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment at work and advise recommendation to correct and improve as needed.

To perform quality massage therapies and body treatments as prescribed in Standard Training Manual. To ensure that all equipment associated with service function at all time. To be able to answer all questions related to services and identify the benefit or advantage of treatments required to the guests. To assist with demonstrations and events as required. To participate in a new training and refreshing program as required.

• To update the Therapist Log Book. To complete all assignments stated by deadlines with the spa manager or supervisor s guidelines. To respond to the change as indicated by the company.

• What You Will Bring.
• We are looking for individuals who have a solid knowledge of operating a Grade Manger kitchen. The candidates must have good personality, a strong work ethic and facilitation skills. In addition, the candidate must have interpersonal skills, are able to priorities and adapt to the changing needs of the operation.
