• Handle legal transaction documents in relation to the operation of Internationnal Business in order to accomplish the Company's business purposes.
• ) Handle all Intellectual Properties (IP) matters of Osotspa and its affiliate companies, including trademark registrations and related cases e.g. registration of new trademarks, maintenance of the existing trademarks, handling trademark disputes overseas, etc.
• Handle all agreements and other legal matters (e.g. contract review, drafting, negotiation, etc.) in relation to the operation of the Companies' joint venture entities.
• Performing Corporate Secretary role of OSP subsidiaries overseas.
• Provide legal advice/assistance including performing research with respect to required business activities of the company
• Work and coordinate with external legal firm/lawyer engaged for specific operation of Internation Business and Intellectual Property.
