Minor Hotels has been the foundation of my corporate journey. The company, culture, people are one of the best. I have a management trainee program with them for 10 months. I learned a lot of skills ranging from sales, consumer behavior, hotel industry, travel industry, to learning and development, career path, training. They not only developed my skill set in sales and HR, but also created me as a person. It is well said that your first company leaves a big impact on you, and I am glad and proud to have been greatly impacted by Minor Hotels, they have build me as a person I am today.
