Job Summary

To supervise and to manage the provision of financial services to internal functions, in which include providing solutions, proper interventions, and advices on financial decision making, functional financial performance management, and budget management, in order to drive business results

Job Description:

1.) To develop excellent relationships and to act as a finance business partner to Category team which included Marketing, CMI, and key internal managers for providing of financial services, in which include business case development, feasibility analysis, financial modeling and forecasts in order to support and to drive decision making regarding financial related matters to achieve business purpose and goal.2.) To monitor the business partner works and to ensure those are focused on key areas and maintained consistent approach in delivering business partner activities in order to optimize of budget usage and achievement of financial targets.3.) To maintain a close understanding of the business drivers and financial performance of the business unit, including brand and category performance.4.) To provide support to the Financial Planning and Analysis for data accuracy and efficiency of corporate financial planning and forecasting activities in order to complete and achieve timeline.5.) To supervise and to respond promptly and completely for resolving queries or providing financial consultation in an efficient and pro-active manner. This will necessitate interaction with cross functional team.6.) To supervise and to act as an active member of a cross functional team meeting to support the S&OP process, innovations and the new products development process in order to ensure that the sound financecial decision has been made.
