Job Summary

Ensure the completeness of Trade and marketing accrual and monitor Internal order budget for Trade & Marketing Activities in order to ensure that proper control is in place

Job Description:

1.) Create Internal order budget to control Trade & Marketig activities

2.) Preparing Discount & Allowance accrual on weekly basis by retrieving information from sub system and review completeness during period end closing

3.) Process invoice by verifying Invoice and resolving document discrepancies between Invoice, contract, and SOA

4.) Monitoring negative IO and monitoring GL contra(JV)

5.) Retrieving Internal order budget report to support decision making

6.) Preparing reconciliation accounts together with analysis

7.) Perform other related duties as assigned
