- Utilize insights from big data and technology to design products and enhance personalization, maximizing benefits for customers.
- Create awareness and drive engagement with digital features by analyzing platform usage data to improve myAIS and the loyalty program for greater efficiency.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and advertising strategies across the entire customer lifecycle to strengthen Serenade's brand presence.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to enhance marketing activities and service channels, ensuring customer satisfaction and expanding product offerings.
- Analyze and refine the outcomes of reward programs, optimizing engagement strategies while managing loyalty-building costs.
- Develop marketing strategies to communicate value propositions to customers, including campaign development and content creation.
- Effectively convey value propositions to customers through multiple communication channels such as marketing, sales, and customer service, ensuring they understand how the business can benefit them.
- Maintain and enhance the platform's efficiency and security, considering factors such as performance, stability, reliability, and data security.
- Manage user engagement and community building, focusing on user experience, safety, and the development of a strong user community.
Job Qualifications
- Strong data analysis capabilities.
- Expertise in marketing and customer experience insights.
- Comprehensive knowledge of loyalty program.
- Excellent collaboration skills, working effectively across departments.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- 10+ years of experience in roles such as Channel & Product Manager, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or management and IT consulting.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Telecom, or Digital industries is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and communicate technical discussions.
- Fluent in English, both in communication and negotiation.
