AIS Cloud Product Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with product team leader to understand and execute a product strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals. This may include conducting market research, analyzing customer needs and collaborating with technical team to identify requirements.
  • Understand the selling process including operation players, definition of services and policies of business process and engage with various team functions for gathering inputs for generating business outcome (engineering, operation, IT, support, billing…)
  • Develop and execute a product roadmap: Understand of product ecosystem and solutions, the value proposition and challenges in growing business together
  • Optimize partner product and technology solution to be AIS own Cloud products
  • Learn to build product offering or bundles, build promotion plan, or special pricing recommendation to address target segment or channel
  • Build internal team relationships across AWN to deliver and support the right results for business growth
  • Leading the sales strategies and demand generation strategies for an enterprise business

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications.
  • 2-3 year experience in product management, pricing, and/or product marketing, business development, and / or related areas
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
  • Collaborative and enthusiastic attitude
  • Documents, reviews and ensures that all Cloud quality and change control meet the ISO standards
  • Open-minded and enjoys solving problems
  • PC skills; Advance on Excel (Pivot table/Data analysis such as Power Bi), Intermediate on Word/PowerPoint
  • Past experience Biz Dev experience or driving enterprise product is a plus
  • Verbal and written interpersonal skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Enterprise Cloud Business and Technology is a major plus

Cyber Security Product Development

Business Development (Hyperscale and ICT Business)

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring the success of cloud products by growing their revenue and ensure smooth operation
  • Interaction and development of relations with representatives with hyperscale vendors to understand more about their business and their key success factors to work solutions with product development team and external team to make our business success
  • Development of a sales development strategy and key message for products and solutions based on products with our Product management.
  • Negotiate and tracking deals with suggest product detail, promotion, special campaign communication etc. from product development team with sales team and work with marketing to develop matching initiatives to boost revenues
  • Focusing on solution offerings to be published on Vendor's Marketplace to advance organization's capabilities as well as to bring in more market revenues and solution rebates to corporate.
  • To execute partner program benefit to drive sale or solution sale with implementation, adoption, and optimization of cloud services, ensuring successful outcomes for customers.
  • Planning Go-to-Market activities to create opportunities around focused solutions to develop and achieve aspirational corporate targets.
  • To coordinate with cross-functional team to identify issues and follow up on solutions.
  • Able to follow through to ensure excellent quality of execution
  • In-depth understanding of seller insights and able to leverage these insights to build strong relationships with sellers and feedback to our team to improve the products and services.
  • Driven to achieve team goals and is transparent to share ideas to help total team improve performance
  • Have high accountability and responsibility to follow through each task as well as high ownership of each product brand.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years experienced in Key Account, Online business, Business Development, Presale, Solution Sale or Product Management would be a plus (have product knowledge in AWS, Google, or Microsoft)
  • Able to collaborate well with other team members
  • Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Strong communication skills and Negotiation Skill

Cloud Security Architect

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and Developing Secure Cloud Architectures: Creating secure cloud solutions such as Azure, VMware Infra, AWS and Google cloud that align with company policies and comply with external regulations and requirements.
  • Assessing and Implementing Security Tools: Evaluating and integrating security technologies to protect cloud-based systems.
  • Performing Risk Assessments: Conducting thorough analyses to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities within the cloud environment.
  • Cloud Security Strategies Development: Developing Security Strategies for identity, devices, data, applications, network infrastructure, and DevOps that drives business involves creating a framework that not only ensures the protection of cloud-based assets but also supports and enhances business operations, policies, procedures, and standards to govern cloud security practices.
  • Security Audits and Incident Response: Auditing cloud systems to ensure they meet security standards and industry regulations. Monitoring cloud environments for security incidents and responding effectively to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Fluency in English. Strong communication, excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • At least 5 years as a cloud security engineer or architect (if run activities where part of the position), or cloud engineer - with hands on experience in security solutions and practices.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), AWS Certified Security, or similar credentials. Security industry certifications and/or security vendors specific trainings are a plus.
  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks, security protocols and principles, risk management, and compliance requirements. Intermediate skill in programming language (python) is preferred.
  • Experience with Azure, Azure AD authentication and authorizations mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of security systems, including firewalls, EPP and EDR, content filtering, authentication systems, reverse proxies and SIEM.
  • Proficiency in identity and access management, data protection, and encryption.
  • Experience of DevSecOps practices & tools such as Vault, Gitlab / Gitlab CI, Terraform, Ansible.
  • Experience with CNAPP / CSPM tools such as Cloudguard, Prisma Cloud, Trivy.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with IT teams and business stakeholders and ability to translate technical requirements into business terms.
  • Ability to analyze and make suggestions for problem resolution with good initiative and sound judgment.
  • Have creativity, problem solving skills, negotiation, and systematic thinking.
  • Interact with customers and other external stakeholders as a consultant and spokesperson for the work of your sub-department.
  • Quick learner with a passion for new technology such as AI Technology, etc., are preferred.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, possess a service-minded attitude, and excel at problem-solving in unexpected situations.
  • Be goal-oriented, value unity, learn quickly, and adapt flexibly to changing situations.
