If you are going to join this company, especially in department of s'thing strategy, you should know these: 1. You need to be a super-multitasking person. Multitasking is not enough 'cos you always have at least 3 jobs plus tiny reports on hands all the time. 2. Working for long hour several days per week Though you are never asked to go home late, but practically you will be asked for reports, results and details very often. So, going home before 6 pm seems unusual. 3. Negotiation and reciprocation skills are essential but you must be able to defend yourself.
