- วางแผนงาน บริหารจัดการ ควบคุม กำกับ ดูแล ในด้าน การซ่อมบำรุงรักษา เครื่องจักรในระบบปรับอากาศ
- ดำเนินการ การแก้ไขเหตุฉุกเฉิน และการบริการเครื่องจักรในระบบปรับอากาศ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพพร้อมใช้งานไม่กระทบต่อการให้บริการ
- พัฒนาผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้มีความรู้ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงาน สอดคล้องกับนโยบายของบริษัทฯ เพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาเครื่องกล ,ไฟฟ้ากำลัง หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ระดับหัวหน้างานงานด้านซ่อมบำรุงรักษาในระบบปรับอากาศ ในธุรกิจศูนย์การค้า, อสังหาริมทรัพย์ อย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถทำงานเสาร์เว้นเสาร์ได้
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอรายงาน การประสานงาน
