- ควบคุม กำกับดูแล ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ วางแผน ในด้านการซ่อมบำรุงรักษา การดำเนินการ การแก้ไขเหตุฉุกเฉิน และการบริการ ตั้งแต่ ระบบน้ำดี,ระบบดับเพลิง,ระบบก๊าซ,ระบบน้ำเสีย,ระบบบำบัดน้ำเสีย,ระบบบำบัดน้ำรีไซเคิล,ระบบน้ำพุ/น้ำตก ให้พร้อมใช้งานตลอดเวลาและเป็นตามแผนการทำงาน
- พัฒนาทีมงานให้มีความรู้ความชำนาญยิ่งขึ้น เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาเมื่ออุปกรณ์เครื่องมือ เครื่องจักรที่ชำรุดให้กลับมา พร้อมใช้งานตลอดเวลา เพื่อให้ศูนย์การค้าดำเนินธุรกิจได้ปกติ
- บริหารจัดการ วางแผนกำลังคน ให้เป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อย สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์
คุณสมบัติ (JOB SPECIFICATION)
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี หรือสูงกว่า สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล, สิ่งแวดล้อม
- มีประสบการณ์ 5 ปีขึนไป ด้านการบริหาร วางแผนงานบำรุงรักษาระบบสุขาภิบาลและดับเพลิง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา ( ไม่น้อยกว่า 10 คน )
- มีทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์เชิงสร้างสรรค์ มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ และทักษะในการติดต่อสื่อสารที่ดี
- มีใจรักงานด้านการให้บริการ และมีความสุขุมรอบคอบ ละเอียดถี่ถ้วนในการทำงาน
- มีความรู้ความสามารถด้าน Microsoft Office Suite และ Auto-cad.
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
