• Manage network-related projects and work with the IT team and 3rd parties on related IT projects.
• Design and implement new network solutions, strategic plans, and/or improve the efficiency of network capacity to meet existing and future requirements.
• Continuously monitor, maintain, optimize, troubleshooting and resolve system and network infrastructure to meet SLA oversee and perform to fix various network vulnerabilities, patch and upgrade to increase security.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT support and facilities management, to optimize network operations and address infrastructure-related challenges.
• Manage network diagram, asset, component inventory, configurations, processes, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with the finance & legal department to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of the budget and network plans.
• Manage IT contract & vendor coordination to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduated with BSc/BA in computer science, engineering or a relevant field.
• Experience at least 8 years with network design/planning/operation/troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Data Center core & campus network infrastructure (LAN/WLAN/WAN).
• Understand network protocol of TCP/IP networking, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and QoS.
• Understand network vulnerability assessment.
• Proven experience with network capacity planning, network security principles, and general network management best practices.
• Network technical skills for router, switch, firewall, load balance, wireless, network datacenter solution.
• Network design principles, implement, maintain best practices, and related technologies.
• Experience in Cisco, F5, Infoblox and Huawei equipment.
• Working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong IT project management including planning, procurement, and coordination
• Strong interpersonal skills, service-oriented mindset, negotiation and presentation.
