Job Descriptions:

• Acquire the new potential tenant partners and negotiate lease agreements and renewals with tenant partnersfor a constant focus on enhancing the tenancy mix and proactively pursuing exciting and unique concept as Siam Piwat principal to ensure the agreed deals of property rental processes are legally handled with care, complied with company related regulations and processes, until the signing of leases with agreed leasing terms and conditions.
• Prepare lease agreement and co-ordinate with related parties both internal and external.
• Build and preserve favorable & strong relations with the tenants, contribute to a positive atmosphere in the office and portray a positive image of the company in the activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degreeor higher
• Minimum 7 yearsof experience in luxury or fashion retail business or leasing experience.
• Very good command in both written and spoken English.
• Strong negotiation skill and driven to achieve business goal
• Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
