Job description
The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and managing cash flow planning. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise the finance & accounting team in terms of daily financial operations, financial reports, and taxation.
• Manage cash flow position and deal with business operations.
• Business partnering to support JV by providing financial analysis and business case scenarios.
• Lead accounting and finance team to deliver financial reports with accuracy to support internal and external stakeholder's requirement
• Compile and analyze financial statements
• Resolved the day-to-day issues related to finance and tax regulation raised by customer support, fulfillment, operation, and commercial team.
• Liaised with business partnerships (e.g. banking, payment gateway, etc.) on the agreement arrangement, pricing negotiation, working process set up etc.
• Resolve issues, serve as a resource in troubleshooting complex matters, and ensure that problems are responded to in a timely manner
• Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• A Must SAP or ERP
• Minimum 7-10 years in finance and accounting fieldwork
• Minimum 5 years in managing cash flow position
• Experience in property services provider business will be advantaged
• Strong leadership Have strong analytical thinking and skills
• Curious individuals can make complex decisions using all the available data but are comfortable enough to use their gut feeling and instinct when these are missing.
