DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Planning: Lead the development and execution of business strategies to drive growth, identify new market opportunities, and enhance the company's competitive position.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the business development team, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Partnerships and Alliances: Identify, establish, and maintain strategic partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures that support business growth and expansion.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, emerging markets, and potential areas for business expansion.
• Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue streams, improve profitability, and expand the company’s customer base.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of business goals.

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
• Experience: 7-10 years in business development, with a proven track record of driving growth, developing partnerships, and leading teams. Strong market research, strategic planning, and financial analysis skills are essential.
