-ได้รับความรู้ในหลายๆเรื่องที่ตอนเรียนไม่สามารถหาได้จากที่นี้ - คนที่ทำงานส่วนใหญ่จะช่วยเหลือและเป็นมิตรกัน - การทำงานจะทำงานกับชาวต่างชาติผสมกับคนไทย จึงต้องใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการสื่อสารและการประชุม แต่สำหรับคนที่พูดไม่เก่งหรือฟังไม่เก่งไม่เป็นไร เพราะคนที่ AIT เขาจะพยายามช่วยคุณอีกทางด้วย เขาอาจจะพยายามพูดซ้ำไปซ้ำมาหรือลงรายละเอียดให้คุณเข้าใจได้ เมื่อคุณไม่เข้าใจสิ่งที่เขาสื่อสารออกมา และคุณจะได้พัฒนาการสื่อสาร ภาษาอังกฤษ - บรรยากาศการทำงาน ค่อนข้างจะดีมากๆมีต้นไม้เยอะและสวยงามและพื้นที่ที่กว้างใหญ่ เพราะเป็น สถาบันการศึกษานานาชาติ ด้วย
