- Advise on matters in Thailand employment matters, including (a) general labor and employment matters; (b) compliance and internal investigations; (c) employee field and departures; and (d) employee compensation and benefits.
- Advise, draft, negotiate, commercial agreements and related commercial transactions, which involve both internal agreements with other P&G companies as well as agreements with external parties, such as distribution agreements, promotions, talent, media, IP, and agency agreements.
- Advise P&G on all sales, distribution, advertising, promotion, labeling, sponsorships, pricing, competition, privacy, cybersecurity and IT Law, consumer protection, stewardship, general compliance (with laws and company policies),.
- Advise and handle litigation matters in Thailand, including handling outside counsel.
- Conduct regular training for the organization regarding compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Ensure legal compliance for P&G legal entities in Thailand including ensuring proper shareholder resolutions, Powers of Attorney, Letters of Authorization, and similar documents for maintenance of the corporate entities.
- Advise internal clients on various corporate projects, including corporate restructuring and acquisition and divestitures affecting P&G as part of a cross-functional project team.
