Executive Secretary
atSakol Energy PCLJob Description :
1. Providing secretarial supoort funs for the executive: making appontments, calendars and scheduling, interaction with both internal and external executives, prepaning for internal and external meetings/ents, travel & accommodation arrangements.
2. Venfy the accuracy of documents sulomitted by each department for executive approval and manage the document signing process to ensure completeness and correctness.
3. Attend meetings and keep minutes of the meeting as required.
4. Prepare monthly expense summany reports and other necessary documents for executives.
5. Coordinate with internal organization and related partners.
Qualication :
1. 1-3 years experience in a Secretary, Personal Assistant or working with executive management.
2. Excellent command in English and Thai.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
4. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office: MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a reld.
Skill :
1. Strong analytical skills
2. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office: MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
3. Good personality, dynamic, energetic entrepreneurial and service mind.
