Job Responsibility
• ดูแลความเรียบร้อยต่างๆของพื้นที่ให้เป็นระเบียบ และพร้อมใช้งาน• ดูแลและให้บริการพนักงาน ลูกค้า หรือผู้มาติดต่อ• ให้ข้อมูลเบื้องต้นของข้อมูลการให้บริการของทีมได้อย่างถูกต้องและครบถ้วน สามารถให้ข้อมูลต่างๆแก่ผู้ใช้บริการได้อย่างถูกต้อง• ช่วยดูแลงานทรัพย์สินต่างๆของทีม และนำมาใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด• ช่วยในการขาย Service ต่างๆของทีมเพื่อสร้างรายได้ให้แก่บริษัทฯ• ติดต่อประสานงาน ให้ข้อมูลกับหน่วยงานภายในการการเตรียมงานเรื่องความต้องการของลูกค้า• สามารถทำเอกสารหน้างานที่เกี่ยวข้องได้
Job Qualification
• ปริญญาตรี บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านการประสานงาน บริการรลูกค้า 1 ปีขึ้นไป หรือตามความเหมาะสม• มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี (พูด อ่าน และ เขียน)
