Job Responsibility
1. รับผิดชอบ ในการริเริ่ม คิดค้น วิจัย และพัฒนาเมนูอาหารใหม่ๆ ตามนโยบายบริษัท2. รับผิดชอบ ในการเตรียมอบรม/สอนงาน ให้พนักงานสามารถปฏิบัติตามได้อย่างมีมาตรฐานสำหรับเมนูอาหารใหม่ให้กับทีมครัวส่วนกลาง, Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef และอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง3. คิดต้นทุนสินค้า ควบคุมต้นทุนสินค้าใหม่ให้อยู่ตามที่บริษัทกำหนด4. ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อ เพื่อจัดเตรียมวัตถุดิบ สำหรับเทสอาหารเมนูใหม่5. ทำอาหาร ให้ถูกต้องตามหลัก Food Safety ควบคุม เเละทำอาหารเมนูภายร้านใน ในเครือฯ6. ควมคุมขั้นตอนการทำงาน แผนการพัฒนาเมนู ควบคุมคุณภาพ (QC/QA) ของอาหารหรือผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ผลิตเพื่อให้ได้คุณภาพและมาตรฐานที่ถูกต้อง
Job Qualification
- ปริญญาตรี ด้านวิจัยและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ วิทยาศาสตร์การอาหาร หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง- มีประสบการณ์ในงานด้าน อุตสาหกรรมการผลิตอาหารในร้านอาหาร 3 - 5 ปี และมีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านวิจัยและพัฒนาหรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 1 ปี- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการทำงานเกี่ยวกับระบบคุณภาพที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ISO 9001, FSC22000, GMP, HACCP, BRC Halal เป็นต้น
