• Provide support to Employees concerning, policy interpretation, HR procedures, work related problems, etc.
• Manage performance management processes including documenting Employee skill gaps or behavioral patterns, recommending training or developmental opportunities, and creating performance plans, when necessary.
• Assist with the preparation of Employee separation notices and related documentation, and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separation.

• 5+ years of experience in a dedicated HR Generalist or HRBP role.

You have a love for creating relationships, advocating for culture, and facilitating learning opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Business, Human resources, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, etc.).
• experience with core HR, including performance management, organizational design, talent management, compensation, employee relations and compliance.
• excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy and high emotional intelligence in various situations.
