Job Responsibility
1. ประสานงานด้านข้อมูลต่างๆ ให้ทีมงานบริหารพนักงานจัดเรียงสินค้า บรรลุเป้าหมายที่กำหนด2. จัดทำสรุปรายงานประจำวัน - OOS, Price, Promotion, New Product, กิจกรรมพิเศษคู่แข่ง, ปัญหาและความเคลื่อนไหวต่างๆ3. จัดทำสรุปรายงานประจำสัปดาห์ - พื้นที่การจัดเรียงพิเศษ4. จัดทำสรุปรายงานประจำเดือน - สินค้าหมดอายุ5. จัดทำสรุป วาระการประชุม6. ทำสรุปการตรวจงานประจำเดือนของ Work Lead และ Supervisor
Job Qualification
Education (การศึกษา):วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ด้านการบริหาร, การจัดการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องExperience (ประสบการณ์):1. ประสบการณ์การทำงาน ด้านบริหารงานธุรการ2. ประสบการณ์ด้านดูแลพนักงานจัดเรียงสินค้าKnowledge & Skills (ความรู้และทักษะ):1. มีทักษะในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรม MS-Office2. มีความสามารถด้านการจัดการอย่างเป็นระบบและมีมาตรฐาน ในการทำงาน รวมถึงการติดตามผลงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพWork Environment (สภาพแวดล้อมของการทำงาน)มีการเดินทางภายนอกสำนักงาน เพื่อการตรวจสอบติดตามผลการอบรม เพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง
