Job Responsibility
- ร่วมกำหนดหลักเกณฑ์การประเมินและวัดผลประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของเอเย่นต์- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการประเมินเอเย่นต์และเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหา- สรุปวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการบริหารพื้นที่ขาย (Area Management) ในพื้นที่การขายที่รับผิดชอบ- นำเสนอรายงานข้อมูลเสนอผู้บริหารเพื่อการตัดสินใจในการบริหารเอเย่นต์ ในพื้นที่การขายที่รับผิดชอบ- ร่วมกำหนดหลักเกณฑ์การจ่ายผลตอบแทนเอเย่นต์แต่ละระดับให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดกับบริษัทและคู่ค้า
Job Qualification
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาสถิติ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง- ประสบการณ์ด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสถิติ 5 ปีขึ้นไป- ประสบการณ์ด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล FMCG จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
