Job Responsibility
- ดูแลการใช้งานระบบ Application สำหรับฝ่ายขาย- ศึกษาและทดสอบระบบก่อนนำมาใช้กับผู้ใช้งาน- รวบรวมปัญหาของระบบต่างๆ เพื่อส่งให้ผู้พัฒนาระบบแก้ไขให้สอดคล้องกับการดำเนินธุรกิจ- รับแจ้งปัญหาการใช้งานระบบของโรงงานและสาขาที่รับผิดชอบ- ร่วมกับ IT ส่วนกลางในการนำระบบใหม่ หรือ Function งานใหม่ของระบบ ขึ้นใช้งานที่โรงงานและสาขาที่รับผิดชอบ- ทดสอบ ติดตั้งระบบและให้การอบรมผู้ใช้ระบบงานสำหรับระบบงานที่ใช้ภายในบริษัท
Job Qualification
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน IT Support 1-3 ปี- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมสำนักงานพื้นฐานได้ดี เช่น MS Word, MS Excel- มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์ส่วนบุคคล- สามารถเดินทางต่างจังหวัดได้- สถานที่ทำงาน โรงงานนครราขสีมา
