Sr. Credit Control Professional

• Research and evaluate to approve/reject Sales Orders for customers exceeding their credit limits (Over Credit Limit) and sales with overdue payments.
• Verify information and decide on blocking or unblocking sales for customers who default on payments or have financial problems.
• Provide consultation and propose solutions for credit issues and credit management processes to sales and relevant departments to enhance work efficiency.
• Act as a consultant and help develop the potential of team members within the credit team.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking and Finance, or Economics
• At least 5 years of experience in credit management
• Proficiency in financial statement analysis and risk management
• Basic knowledge of accounts receivable, accounting, and basic law
• Good coordination and negotiation skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
• Strong commitment to achieving success and meeting goals independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP
