Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand the brand identity and key messaging of the new product.
• Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials including social media graphics, website assets, email campaigns, print collateral, and more.
• Develop eye-catching packaging designs that resonate with our target audience and effectively communicate the product's value proposition.
• Produce high-quality illustrations, infographics, and other visual assets to enhance content marketing efforts.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all touchpoints.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a focus on product launches or consumer goods.
• Experience working in the beauty industry or with luxury brands is preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design.
• Must provide own laptop for work purposes.
• Availability to work 5 days per week.
