Helpdesk Engineer [NOC] - Receive notifications of problems and needs from customers. Both by phone and E-mail. - Report the lifecycle problems to the customer via telephone, coordinate, check the problems with the network service provider and open the ticket. Other tasks that are assigned. - Gather information on technical problems and prepare statistics relevant to the KPI of the department. System Engineer [ Cloud Platform ] - Help IT systems, workload and Utilization problems that increase and solve problems of use in the Cloud Server of the customer, for example VM Server , Web Hosting and Policy Firewall - Support customers request and troubleshooting customers problems and Respond within SLA - Provide technical consultant, support, troubleshooting and administration of all VMWare, Hyper-V [Nutanix] - Backing up system , restoring and Recover system. - Experience in Linux and Windows Server administrator - Implement, Manage, and Maintain Cloud infrastructure
