Job overview: This position will be responsible for overseeing the NEXX Pharma pharmacy store project, managing the entire e-commerce platform.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the product on the e-commerce platform, overseeing promotions, pricing, and profitability.
• Develop strategies and plan promotional campaigns to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Analyze costs, profit margins, and pricing structures to ensure sustainable business profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing, platform development, logistics, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Study customer behavior and market trends to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
• Track and analyze sales performance, promotional effectiveness, and ROI, providing insights for further improvement.
• Optimize the user experience (UX) on the platform to maximize efficiency and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or Product Management.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategies, cost analysis, and profitability management in the e-commerce business.
• Familiarity with e-commerce tools and platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Line OA/ Shopping, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use Excel or BI tools for data tracking and reporting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
