atBoonrawd Brewery Co., Ltd.1. ควบคุมทีมงาน วางแผนและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารกลุ่มต่างๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ตามแผนที่กำหนด
2.จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องเช่น สูตร , กระบวนการผลิต , Product Spec.
3.สรุปข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องในการคำนวณ Cost เช่น % Yield , %Formula
4.มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายและระบบคุณภาพที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลิตภัณฑ์อาหาร
5.รู้หลักการและสามารถประเมินอายุการเก็บรักษาผลิตภัณฑ์อาหาร
คุณสมบัติและสมรรถนะประจําตําแหน่ง
- อายุไม่เกิน 40 ปี
- จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรี หรือ โท ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์การอาหาร หรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์อาหาร เช่น Retort , Frozen , ซอส 5 – 10 ปี
- มีทักษะการบริหารทีมงาน
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และศึกษานวัตกรรมใหม่ๆ เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์อาหาร
- สามารถเดินทางเพื่อประสานงานกับบริษัทในเครือได้
