เพื่อนร่วมงานดี เจ้านายโดยตรงดีมากๆ ช่วงที่ท่านประธานอิสระบริหารงานอยู่ ถือว่าดีมากๆ หลังจาการเปลี่ยนแปลงภายใน การบริหารบริษัท สับสนหลายฝักฝ่าย ทีม HR มีการปรับเปลี่ยน เเละได้คนบริหารงานไม่เป็นมาทำงาน จนกระทบไปถึงทีมอื่นๆด้วย เรื่องของการประเมินก็ไม่โปร่งใส มีการเเก้เกรดพนักงาน ถ้าไม่มีหลักฐานก็คงไม่ยอมรับ ปัจจุบันคิดว่าอะไรหลายๆ อย่างคงดีขึ้นเเล้ว
