Job Summary:
TPG (Tri Petch Group) is looking for individuals to join and newly set-up the Business Innovation team to help accelerate our ability to adopt new innovations and create new business segments for the TPG. This job position is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and managing investments made to portfolio companies under TPG. 

Job Description

• Leading in sourcing, evaluating, and managing investments in startups and companies in strategically important sectors for Tri Petch Group

• Oversee development of financial models relating to Venture Capital & Innovative Investment

• Oversee performing due diligence and valuation to reflect the viewpoint of investment opportunities

• Develop and maintain a network across the global venture capital/private equity community to keep abreast of deals, industry trends, and news flow by maintaining and update database of investable companies in strategically important sectors

• Liaise with top management in various divisions on synergy potential between current/potential investments and existing business lines

• Prepare presentations for the Investment Committee and the Board of Directors

• Monitor each investment in the portfolio and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders by analyzing portfolio companies’ performance

Qualification

• At least 5-10 years in venture capital, M&A, private equity, finance, investment banking, fund raising, strategy consulting, startup acceleration, or technology related field, or some combination of above

• MBA or graduate degree from accredited university in finance, economics, entrepreneurship, or related field. Strong background in business and finance

• Direct experience in startup investment, incubator, and/or accelerator. Proven track record of successful fundraising and investment is a plus

• Experience in financial modeling, due diligence, valuation and analysis of various performance indicators for different types of businesses

• Direct experience in Portfolio Management is preferred

• Strong presentation skills, professional working proficiency in English is required
