Job Description
- Provide senior-level support in coordinating and tracking projects related to the core IT system modernization program.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with the overarching modernization program goals.
- Oversee and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with the program's master plan.
- Monitor project risks and issues and implement comprehensive risk management strategies.
- Enforce strict adherence to banking industry regulations, data compliance, and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate and report on project progress and status to stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged in the program's vision.
- Facilitate post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions, driving continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
- Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the project team, promoting the program's success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in a PMO role on IT Implementation Project is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of banking industry regulations, data compliance, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Financial acumen and cost management skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
