UX Designer

Creating user experiences by designing the structural and informational foundation for specific product to ensure functionality, accessibility, and ease of use.
Responsibilities
- Creating information architecture for a specific product.
- Developing user flow or screen flow for a specific product.
- Crafting low fidelity wireframes and ensure that the proposed solution can captured intended value.
- Defining all necessary design specifications to communicate the intended intangible interaction value.
- Taking the design success metric into account when crafting design solutions to meet portfolio objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in UX design or a similar role
- At least 1-2 years of Banking or Financial Institution or a related field
- Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and team members
- Solid knowledge of Information Architecture and Interaction Design
- Experience with User Research, Persona Development, User Journey Mapping, and Wireframing
- Experience in Usability Testing and translating research insights into actionable design improvements
