Position : UI Designer

Crafting visual aesthetic that is appealing and able to communicate intended meaning to all users. This includes producing and managing all related visual elements such as design system, design template and accessibility guideline.

Responsibilities

• Creating the design language system which include but not limited to typography, colour, layout, icons and ensure the design consistency.
• Translating structural information into visual forms that make information compelling, and easy to understand.
• Crafting necessary animation to improve the overall experience of a specific product.
• Applying the accessibility guidelines into the product design development.
• Creating design template for any design related activities such as workshop, user testing, presentation, etc.
• Crafting high fidelity screen that is considered both appealing and feasibility.
• Considering the design success metric when crafting design solutions in line with portfolio objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in UI design or a similar role
• At least 1-2 years of Banking or Financial Institution or a related field
• Proficiency in tools and techniques for service design such as Customer Journey Mapping, Service Blueprints, Stakeholder Mapping, and Experience Prototyping e.g. Figma, miro
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and team members
• Solid knowledge of Visual design principles, responsive design, design systems
• Experience with User Research, Persona Development, User Journey Mapping, and Wireframing
• Experience in Usability Testing and translating research insights into actionable design improvements
