2. Officer- AVP Level (เจ้าหน้าที่-หัวหน้าส่วน)

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economic or Accounting is highly preferred
2. Very good command of spoken and written in English & Thai
3. At least 7-10 years (Senior) and 3-5 years (Junior) of experience in Treasury Operations in Financial Institutions
4. Very good knowledge of global market products, investments and finance including the local regulations and tax laws
5. Competent user of MS Office program especially MS excel, MS Power point
6. Very good communication skills and able to communicate well with staff, colleagues and management
7. Excellent supervisory and problem solving skills
8. Self-starter, detail and result oriented, logical and good analytical skill
9. Able to work well under pressure, multi-task and prioritize work within tight deadline
10. Team player with strong interpersonal skill and positive attitude

Job Description

1. Support Treasury Service business with effectiveness including the new initiatives that impact operations
2. Manage the team to perform all daily job tasks with well verified and settled.
3.  Ensure the accuracy and completion of financial transactions in compliance with the local regulation policies and requirements.
4. Ensure the correctness of management reports, BOT reportings, AMLO report and additional regulatory reports
5. Ensure that all static data maintained in system correctly.
6. Monitor and follow up the documentation with duly signed by customers with the timely manner
7. Supervise and train to develop staff capacity to meet additional demands caused by the increased transaction volume by business and new products including support the sustainability initiatives
8. Collaborate and work closely with technology team for system enhancements and projects
9. Reconcile and investigate of funding, FX Position including GL posting
10. Perform any other jobs as assigned by supervisors
